PSU student becomes U.S. citizen in recent ceremony

Carla Arciniega Henrici, a student in the Executive Master of Public Administration program, recently passed her citizenship test and became a U.S. citizen, participating in the U.S. Oath of Allegiance Ceremony alongside 491 other people in Portland. Judge Chanpone Sinlapasai from the Multnomah County Circuit Court was the event’s keynote speaker.

The Executive Master of Public Administration Experience is designed for experienced Public Service professionals. Courses are sequenced across the academic year to even out the workload and enable degree completion within 21 months.
